The basis of a quality life is proper nutrition

Our buffet breakfast on request we offer gluten-free bread too. For people with lactose intolerance, various alternative dairy products are available (soy-, rice-, almond-, hazelnut drink; plain and flavoured yogurt).

Vegetarian meals are available on our buffet dinner tables (these are separated from other dishes and are labelled accordingly). 
Whole roasted meats are seasoned with allergen- and additive free seasoning blends.Sauces and cream soups are made with corn starch.

Alternative side dishes are always available in the hotel (such as millet, quinoa, bulgur, couscous).
